This is a complete remodel of an existing ocean bluff top house, changing the look and organization within the original shell. Rigid regulations were met as the look of the home was transformed. Only slight modifications were allowed.

The clients love to cook and entertain. they wanted to take advantage of the view while creating as much privacy from the busy street end. The west side has a large viewing deck while the east yard became a garden. Inside a great room was created by removal of walls. The 2 1/2 story entry connects the 3 floors. The top floor created a Master suite with study and roof-top deck.
